In October of 2019, three of Barb Simcoe’s digital photographs were displayed in Barcelona at the juried Twelfth Annual Pollux exhibition. The exhibition was held at the Photo Nostrum Gallery, which will be its permanent venue.

A competitive exhibition, Professor Simcoe was awarded an honorable mention for her art. While in Spain to attend the exhibition, she traveled to other cities, collecting imagery for a future body of work.
